Privacy policy
Last updated: [date]. This explains what Roasly.ai collects, why, and your choices.
Who we are
Roasly.ai is operated by [legal company name], [address]. Contact: hello@roasly.ai.
What we collect
Account details (name, email), conversion and order totals reported by the ad platforms you connect, and advertising account data from Meta, Google and other channels you connect. We also keep a log of every change Roasly makes or recommends.
Why we use it
Only to run your campaigns and reports: to calculate your break-even, recommend or make changes inside the limits you set, and show you results. We never use your data to train models, and we never share or sell it to other advertisers.
Where it lives
Stored on secure cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest. Some processing, including AI model requests, is done by the providers listed under Sub-processors. [Counsel to confirm the required wording on data location and transfers before launch.] Ad platform access uses the permissions you grant and can be revoked in the platform or in Roasly at any time.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data in Settings, or email us. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to access, correct and object under GDPR.
Sub-processors
We use these providers to run Roasly. A data processing agreement is available on request.
- Supabase (database)
- Cloudflare (hosting, delivery, file storage)
- Anthropic (AI text and decisions)
- Google (AI images and video)
- Stripe (payments)
- Meta and Google Ads (the accounts you connect)
[Confirm the final list and regions with counsel before launch.]
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before it applies.
